Return Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

If, for any reason, you are forced to withdraw from a workshop after having submitted payment, the following policy will be in effect:

  • A full refund will be issued if notification of the intent to withdraw is sent before any workshop begins.
  • A 50% refund will be issued if notification of the intent to withdraw is sent before the second week of any workshop begins.
  • Eligibility for a refund will be revoked upon completion of the first week of any workshop or if notification of the intent to withdraw has not been received prior to the start of the second week.
